REFUND POLICY

 

 

  • Quick inspection of the product upon delivery is allowed.
  • The order must be accepted or rejected in full—partial acceptance is not permitted.
  • The shipping company representative is not obligated to wait while the customer tries or checks if the product fits.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product. Returns are only accepted if the requested size is unavailable.
  • The returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The product must be securely and properly placed in its original packaging and handed over to the courier during the return or exchange process.
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for returns or exchanges. Refunds will be processed via InstaPay or Wallets within five business days after the product is received at the company’s warehouse and its original condition is confirmed.
  • These terms apply exclusively and only to online purchases. Products purchased from physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged through the online store, and vice versa.

·       مندوب شركه الشحن غير ملزم لانتظار تجربه العميل.

·       الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام فقط من أستلام المنتج والاسترجاع فى حاله عدم توافر المقاس البديل 

·       المنتج المستبدل أو المسترجع يجب أن يكون فى حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، غير مغسول ولم يتم أتلافه.

·       يجب وضع المنتج بشكل صحيح وامن فى عبوته الأصلية وتسليمه للمندوب عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

·        توجد رسوم شحن اضافيه في حاله الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع و يتم تحويل المبلغ أنستا باى او محفظة بعد استرجاع المنتج لمخازن الشركة و تأكيد سلامتها خلال خمسه ايام عمل من استلام المنتج

·       الشروط السابق ذكرها تنطبق على المتجر الإليكتروني فقط ولا يجوز استبدال أو استرجاع اى منتج تم شرائه من المحلات والعكس صحيح
