Return & Exchange Policy
- Quick inspection of the product upon delivery is allowed.
- The order must be accepted or rejected in full—partial acceptance is not permitted.
- The shipping company representative is not obligated to wait while the customer tries or checks if the product fits.
- In case Of order rejection, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees only to the courier.
- Exchanges & Refunds (Fully or Partially) are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The returned or exchanged product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The product must be securely and properly placed in its original packaging and handed over to the courier during the return or exchange process.
- Additional shipping fees will apply for returns or exchanges.
- In case of return or exchange, any refundable amount will be transferred to the customer via InstaPay or mobile wallets within 14 days from the date the returned item is handed over to the shipping company representative, subject to inspection and confirmation that the product is in its original condition
- These terms apply exclusively and only to online purchases. Products purchased from physical stores cannot be returned or exchanged through the online store, and vice versa.

· المنتج المستبدل أو المسترجع يجب أن يكون فى حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، غير مغسول ولم يتم أتلافه.
· يجب وضع المنتج بشكل صحيح وامن فى عبوته الأصلية وتسليمه للمندوب عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع
· توجد رسوم شحن اضافيه في حاله الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع
- في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم تحويل المبلغ المستحق للعميل عبر إنستا باي أو المحافظ الإلكترونية خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ تسليم المنتج المرتجع لمندوب شركة الشحن، وذلك بعد فحص المنتج والتأكد من أنه في حالته الأصلية ووفقًا لشروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال.
· الشروط السابق ذكرها تنطبق على المتجر الإليكتروني فقط ولا يجوز استبدال أو استرجاع اى منتج تم شرائه من المحلات والعكس صحيح
